Privacy policy
We only collect the details you send us through the contact form, basic technical logs and, only with your consent, visit statistics. We never sell your data.

This policy applies the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.
What data we collect
Contact form
When you send us a message, we receive your full name, email, phone, subject and message. We also store the date and time you confirmed that you have read this policy, and its version, so we can show that you gave consent.
Technical logs
The server logs technical details of each request, such as date and time, page, browser type and your IP address in cryptographically hashed form, to keep the website secure and working.
Visit statistics
Only if you consent to the "Statistics" category, we collect usage data through Google Analytics 4 and Netstudio Insights, such as pages visited, visit length, device and approximate area. We use this data in aggregate to improve the website.
Google Maps
The map on the contact page loads only if you consent to the "Functional" category. Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.

How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: up to 24 months from receipt. If we go on to work together, records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires.
- Technical logs: up to 12 months.
- Your cookie consent choice: 12 months.
- Statistics data: for the period set in each statistics service.
Who receives it
Your data is seen only by our authorised staff and by the processors below, who act on our behalf and on our written instructions:
- Netstudio, for hosting and maintaining the website.
- Netstudio Insights (insights.pyroprolipsi.gr), Netstudio's statistics service.
- Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics 4 and Google Maps, only if you have given the relevant consent.
We do not sell or rent your data. We may pass it to public authorities only when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Union
Google may also process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision. We make no other transfers outside the EU.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Complaints to the Data Protection Authority
If you believe that the processing of your data breaks the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Security and minors
The website works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to data is limited to the people who need it. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing. The website is not aimed at children under 15.
