FAQ
What clients ask us most
What does ISO 9001:2015 certification mean for me?
It means our study, installation, maintenance and trading work follows a documented quality management system that is audited by an independent body. For you that means documented procedures, quality checks at every stage and clear responsibility for the result, from the study to handover and maintenance of the system.
What is a recognised fire extinguisher company?
It is a company approved to carry out the periodic inspection, maintenance and refilling of fire extinguishers under the Greek regulatory framework. Pyroprolipsi holds a recognised company certificate, no. MIRTEC01-30-004294CER11.7042500548. The maintenance and refilling of fire extinguishers is also within the scope of the ISO 9001:2015 certification of the company.
How often should fire extinguishers be inspected?
Greek law requires periodic inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers by a recognised company, at intervals that depend on the extinguisher type and the kind of check. Contact us and we will suggest a maintenance schedule for the extinguishers on your premises.
Are the fire-rated doors you install certified?
Yes. The steel fire doors and glazing we supply are tested to EN 1634, timber fire doors to EN 13501, and sliding fire doors and fire shutters carry CE marking to EN 16034 and EN 13241. The supply and installation of fire-rated doors is also within the scope of the ISO 9001:2015 certification of the company.
Can I get copies of your certificates?
Yes. Send us a request through the contact form or give us a call and we will send you copies of our current certificates for your project file or tender. The older certificates issued to the predecessor company, Pyroprolipsi O.E., are no longer valid.
