Fire protection installation is the construction work that turns a study into a working system. Pyroprolipsi builds electrical networks for fire and gas detection and hydraulic networks for firefighting and suppression, and installs fire-rated doors and firestopping, with its own team of engineers and technicians.

Construction
How we build the networks
Electrical networks connect detectors, call points, sounders and panels. Circuits that must keep working during a fire use fire-resistant cable, which we also supply.
The material of each hydraulic network follows the system: steel pipe for water networks with hose cabinets and sprinklers, high-pressure steel pipe for extinguishing systems, and copper pipe for commercial kitchen suppression systems.
For example, we have built sprinkler water networks with hose cabinets and pump sets at DUROSTICK, the Ktima Kosta Lazaridi winery and FINTEXPORT, and foam suppression systems at the BP Hellas refinery in Heraklion.
Our engineers and technicians train continuously to Greek and European standards so that every product we trade is installed correctly.
Lifecycle
From the study to maintenance
Installation links the study to maintenance. Pyroprolipsi handles study, design, supply, installation and maintenance, with ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015 certification for the study, design, installation and maintenance of fixed fire detection and firefighting systems.
After handover we inspect and maintain fixed firefighting and fire detection systems.
The company works in Greece, the Balkans and the Mediterranean. The group also includes ADM Fire & Safety Systems in Heraklion, Crete, and AS-Pyrofire Protection & Services Ltd in Nicosia.

What clients ask us most
What does a fire protection installation include?
It includes building the networks and installing the equipment the study specifies. We build electrical networks for fire detection, local detection and gas detection, hydraulic networks for firefighting and suppression, and we install fire-rated doors and firestopping. Every system should be tested before it is handed over.
Which pipe materials do you use?
The material depends on the system. We use steel pipe for water firefighting networks, high-pressure steel pipe for extinguishing systems and copper pipe for commercial kitchen suppression systems. Choosing the right material and pipe size makes sure the network withstands its working pressure and delivers the flow the study calculated.
What is fire-resistant cable and where is it needed?
Fire-resistant cable keeps working for a set time inside a fire. It is used on circuits that must operate during a fire, such as sounders, emergency lighting and suppression release signals. The study defines which circuits need it. We supply and install it as part of fire detection networks.
Do you take on the whole project, from study to handover?
Yes. Pyroprolipsi handles the study, design, supply, installation and maintenance of fire protection systems. This way one contractor covers the active and passive fire protection of your project, from fire detection and suppression to fire-rated doors and firestopping, and you have a single point of contact.
Do you work on projects outside Attica?
Yes. Pyroprolipsi works in Greece, the Balkans and the Mediterranean, and has carried out projects in Rhodes, Heraklion and Kalamata, among other places. The group also includes ADM Fire & Safety Systems in Heraklion, Crete, and AS-Pyrofire Protection & Services Ltd in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Do you maintain systems after installation?
Yes. We inspect and maintain fixed fire detection and firefighting systems, and their maintenance is covered by the company's ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015 certification. We are also a recognised company for the periodic inspection, maintenance and refilling of fire extinguishers. Ask us for a maintenance quote for your system.
